These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Guardian Security ("Guardian Security," "we," "us," or "our"), a free Discord-based security and protection service. By using Guardian Security, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the service.

Guardian Security provides free Discord security and support features, which may include:

Anti-raid and anti-spam protections
Moderation utilities
Automated alerts and scanning
Security guidance and server support

We do not charge for access to any of our services.

Eligibility

By using Guardian Security, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required by Discord)
Your use complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
You have the proper authorization to add and configure Guardian Security in any server where it is used

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use Guardian Security in a legal and ethical manner
Ensure the bot's permissions and actions are approved by your server staff
Not use the service to harm, disrupt, or exploit Discord servers or users
Keep your server settings and permissions configured responsibly

You are responsible for actions Guardian Security takes on your server based on your configuration.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Guardian Security to:

Attack, damage, or disrupt any server
Evade Discord security systems or enforcement
Participate in harassment, doxxing, or illegal activity
Collect private information without consent
Reverse engineer, redistribute, or impersonate our service

Violations may result in removal of the bot from your server or a full service ban.

Data & Privacy

To provide security features, Guardian Security may collect limited information such as:

Server IDs
User IDs
Events related to moderation or automated protections
Bot configuration settings

✓ We do not use collected data for advertising or tracking

Service Availability

Guardian Security is provided free of charge, and as such:

We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service
Features may be updated, changed, or removed at any time
Support is offered on an as-available basis

Guardian Security is offered "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about:

Complete protection from raids, exploits, or malicious activity
Error-free performance
Compatibility with all Discord server configurations

You use Guardian Security at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian Security is not responsible for:

Damage caused by incorrect configuration
Actions performed by server staff using the bot
Losses due to outages, bugs, or downtime
Any harm resulting from third-party misuse of the service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

Remove Guardian Security from any server
Restrict or terminate access to the service
Disable features or the service entirely

You may remove Guardian Security from your server at any time.
